Update from Moseley and Kings Heath neighbourhood policing team!

Dear Resident,

Here’s a quick round up of the Moseley and Kings Heath neighbourhood policing team.

What’s been happening?

The following week as below:

Streetwatch patrols conducted – Officers covered joint patrols around Moseley this week, including coverage of Wake Green Park.

Residents Meeting – A residents meeting was held to address ongoing concerns within the local neighbourhood, some intelligence gathered and more meetings put in place to discuss further intervention.

School Parking Patrols – Officers carried out parking enforcement and monitoring at several schools throughout Moseley and Kings Heath.

Joint Operation with Birmingham City Council Community Safety Officers – The team worked in partnership with BCC Community Safety team, focusing on homelessness support and helping individuals access suitable accommodation in the area.

Targeted ASB Patrols – Officers undertook targeted patrols in known anti-social behaviour hotspots, including parks, open spaces, and the high street, addressing issues such as youth groups disruption and suspected drug-related activity.

Our upcoming events:

Community Drop-in: PCSOs will be at Coffee #1 on 7th April 2026 between 11am – 1pm

Please note: our community meeting are scheduled for 11am however due to operational commitments, officers may arrive slightly later than planned, we will attend as soon as we are able to.
